ePropolsion Spirit 1.0 EVO
The all-new EVO by ePropulsion is a revolution in personal watercraft propulsion technology, designed with the user and the environment in mind. With its ultra-low emissions and noise levels that are unrivaled for an electric outboard, it's no wonder this motor has received such praise throughout the boating industry. This product brings together superior craftsmanship and innovative engineering to produce a product that exceeds expectations at every turn.
The ePropolsion Spirit 1.0 EVO has a larger battery capacity than most electric outboards, which allows for more precise handling. It also comes with an impressive docking mode setting that gives you easy maneuverability around docks and obstacles. The EVO can be charged without having to remove the battery, which makes this motor sleek and extremely practical.
It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge your ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 EVO, and once charged, you can get up to 20 hours of operating time depending on the speed. This electric outboard reaches a top speed of 6 miles per hour, but it sacrifices operating time to do so. You will only get 1.5 to 2 hours of operating time at max speed.
The body frame is made from aluminum alloy, which gives the motor the durability to take on water sports while also keeping it lightweight. The reinforced fiberglass casing provides even more protection and can withstand harsh weather conditions and collisions with other objects without causing any damage to the inner workings of the motor.
The ePropulsion electric propulsion system is powered by reliable lithium-ion batteries that are fully enclosed within the transom of your boat. Your standard prop/shaft combo remains in place, so no modifications are necessary during installation. The power source powers a water-cooled electric motor mounted at the stern of the boat, providing 68 lbs of thrust.
The EVO features a patent-pending propeller made up of three individual pieces connected by elastomeric plugs. The locking mechanism can be easily released by simply pushing down the tabs located on each piece. This feature gives you peace of mind when docking or exchanging passengers because there's no way for the prop to come unsecured accidentally.
This electric outboard motor also features a display screen that provides an accurate reading of your battery's status, the speed at which you are currently traveling, and the power being used. This feature is extremely helpful in avoiding an overload because it will provide a warning signal before the motor reaches dangerous levels of heat.
The ePropulsion electric outboard motors are safe for any vessel up to 32 ft long or 600 lbs. It comes with adjustable throttle levers that can be attached to either side of the steering console. A single throttle lever controls both speeds, high and low.
The ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 EVO comes complete with all batteries and chargers needed for use out of the box. An easy-to-read owner's manual is also included so you can feel confident on the water with your new propulsion system.
Best of all, ePropulsion makes it easy to upgrade by offering a variety of accessories on their site. If you want a speed controller that gives you even more power or an extra battery so you can charge up while out on the boat without having to swim ashore... they've got it! You can even get replacement propellers and other spare parts. Adding extras is quick and easy, thanks to the amazing design of this electric motor.
The ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 EVO is a great electric outboard for anyone looking to save money on fuel and maintain a clean environment while still enjoying the thrill of the open water. With its low emissions and noiseless motor, you'll never want to go back to traditional gasoline-powered motors again!

Torqeedo Travel 1103C
The Torqeedo Travel 1103C is one of the most powerful electric outboard motors on the market. If you fish in high-pressure areas with a lot of boat traffic or plan to use your motor often, this is definitely the way to go.
Not only does it provide plenty of power for larger boats and crafts, but it comes with a number of safety features that make fishing in crowded waters much more manageable.
The Torqeedo 1103C can deliver 3 HP of propulsive power and can powerboats that weigh up to 3000 pounds. It can maintain speeds up to 6 mph for 8 miles without a recharge, which is pretty impressive for an electric motor of this size.
Like all Torqeedo Travel models, the 1103C comes equipped with a lithium-ion battery pack perfect for fishing mobility. The battery can deliver an hour of full throttle, six hours of half throttle, and twenty hours of slow, trolling speeds.
Additionally, the battery will still function at low and medium speeds for hours after it becomes fully discharged. Unlike most 3 HP motors that require a huge gas tank to operate for an extended period of time, one charge of Torqeedo's batteries allows for two full-day trips out on the water.
The motor weighs just 24 lbs, so it has the portability necessary to take on excursions of almost any length. The entire unit tops off at just 38 lbs with the battery, so you can easily load it on top of a small fishing boat or kayak. Many motor manufacturers claim lightweight models but offer products that are still too heavy for most anglers. This is not the case with Torqeedo; they truly understand what anglers need in terms of size, weight, and power potential.
The 1103C is built with a three-blade propeller that provides a lot of thrust (70 lbs) and torque for maximum acceleration off the line. It also comes with intelligent controls that allow for hands-free use when you're in autopilot mode. This makes driving your boat much easier if you need to navigate from one GPS point to another while sitting back and enjoying the scenery.
The best feature of all may be that it is environmentally friendly and does not produce any harmful emissions. In fact, it even runs quietly compared to gasoline motors, so you won't scare away the fish or disturb your fishing friends with an obnoxious propeller sound.
The only complaint we have about this product is the price. The Travel 1103C costs around $2700, which is more than most other competing electric models. Of course, as with any luxury item, you get what you pay for, and this product is no exception.
Overall, the Travel 1103C is one of the best motors on the market today. It's powerful, eco-friendly, and can be used almost anywhere. If you are serious about fishing but need an outboard for your vehicle that can produce results, look no further than Torqeedo Travel 1103C. There's really nothing like it on the market today, and we strongly recommend it to any angler looking for next-level fishing technology.

Minn Kota Endura C2 55
This Minn Kota Endura C2 55 is an electric trolling motor that outperforms most other models on the market today. The key to its success is that it delivers an amazing amount of torque (55 lbs) with a max speed of 5 mph in fresh water and 4 mph in saltwater. This is a lot better than a majority of electric outboard motors that only deliver about half the torque at around 50% less cost! At less than $250, this is the best value-for-money purchase that many fishermen are making with good reason.
It features an ergonomic design that is very sleek and stylish, making it easy to carry around and store when, not in use. The shaft itself detaches from the housing for storage, making it less likely to get damaged while transporting or throwing it in a small boat or kayak. I have had my fair share of trolling motors that have been bent and dented from not being stored correctly when traveling from spot to spot.
The 55lb thrust is more than enough for an 18ft boat or a craft that weighs 2500 lbs. It features a 42" composite shaft that provides plenty of room to mount the motor in most fishing boat configurations. Whereas the 36" shaft will work fine ona kayak, inflatable raft, canoe, etc.
The Minn Kota Endura C2 55 also features variable speeds, which match your speed to changing water conditions. If you are traveling in shallow waters with a lot of rocks, sticks, etc., you will want to slow down. If you are in open water and need some extra power while fighting a big bass and the wind gets up, you can speed it up.
The Transom mount provides confident control while fishing. It features a customized clamp ring that can be locked down to prevent theft and for added security when traveling through rough waters or around crowded areas.
There is no need to worry about running out of power with this trolling motor. The Endura C2 55 will operate for up to 15 hours on a single charge, so you should be able to get plenty of fishing in before needing to recharge the battery pack
Our favorite feature is the telescoping tiller handle which allows you to adjust the length and tilting head angles while sitting in the driver seat. This is a great feature if you are fishing alone or with a partner; one can operate the motor while the other uses it as a simple trolling motor for positioning, drifting, etc.
Minn Kota offers a two-year limited-time warranty on the entire product and a limited lifetime warranty on the composite shaft.
It is also worth noting that these motors are completely saltwater proof and only need a light rinse after use to keep them in good condition. We often forget this step, and the next time we go to use our boat, we end up with corroded motor mounts or, worse yet, a completely seized motor!
The Minn Kota Endura C2 55 weighs only 25 pounds, making it extremely light for its size and power. It is great for most crafts that require an outboard motor. However, we would not recommend it for large fishing boats over 18 feet in length as you will need more than 55lbs of thrust to move them through the water with ease.
One complaint we have about this product is the customer service. Some customers have reported that Minn Kota can be quite rude and unhelpful if you have a problem with the product. However, this seems to be limited to just a handful of people, so it's probably not worth worrying if you are planning to purchase one.
Overall, the Minn Kota Endura C2 55 is an excellent electric outboard motor for anyone looking for a versatile, powerful trolling motor. It provides plenty of thrust while being small enough to store in most vehicle trunks. We love that it comes in a wide range of shaft lengths and is ideal for both freshwater and saltwater use.

Torqeedo Cruise 10.0R
The Torqeedo Cruise 10.0R is a high-performance electric outboard motor that comes fully loaded with all the extra features you'll need for a productive and fun day on the water! It's capable of reaching speeds up to 20 miles per hour, which means it's great for anyone who wants to hit the water at a rapid pace. You can easily maneuver around obstacles with this powerhouse because of its lightweight design. This makes it perfect for fishing or even just cruising through your favorite lake spot.
Torqeedo claims that this new generation 10.0R is equivalent to a 20HP combustion engine! It can run for up to 20 hours of continuous operation on a single charge of two Power 48-5000 batteries.
The Torqeedo Cruise 10.0R is constructed of high-quality materials that are built to last. The shaft is made out of corrosion-resistant aluminum that has been powder coated with an anodized finish, which keeps it looking clean and new for years! There's no need to worry about rust or other damage because the casing around the motor can be removed by loosening two bolts with an Allen key. This allows you access to anything that needs maintenance or repair with ease.
The Torqeedo Cruise 10.0R can provide 315 lbs of static thrust, which is powerful enough to move any boat that weighs up to 10,000 lbs. However, the max speed of 20 mph may significantly reduce the available thrust depending on the boat's weight and other conditions.
This electric outboard motor is designed with safety in mind as well. There is no exposed wiring inside the lifting tube to prevent tripping. The power cable is enclosed inside the lifting tube, keeping it safe from collision damage.
It also features a low voltage design (48V) to help prevent accidental damage to the motor. In the case of low voltage, the power supply will switch into a safe mode that limits thrust output and increases speed to get you back ashore safely.
The Cruise 10.0R features a state-of-the-art computer that displays a wide range of useful data, including speed, distance, and duration at preferred speeds. This makes it extremely easy to keep track of your usage patterns and plan accordingly by avoiding overuse or underuse of the motor depending on the conditions at hand.
The Cruise 10.0R is available in short (15 in), long (20 in), and extra-long (25 in) shaft lengths. This makes it possible to fit onto almost any boat with ease.
However, there are a few downsides to this electric outboard motor. It requires two Power 48-5000 batteries to operate at max power, and the batteries are not included in the purchase of this electric outboard motor. While this is probably standard practice across the industry, it's still something worth mentioning since you'll be paying an extra $400 to $600 or more to get up and running with this powerful piece of machinery.
This motor is also quite heavy. It weighs 132 pounds and is about the same size as a traditional 15HP outboard motor weighing in at just under 50 pounds. The extra weight can make it difficult to maintain control of your speed depending on how much wind is present, but there are different power modes to help you adjust accordingly as needed.
All things considered, The Torqeedo Cruise 10.0R is an amazing electric outboard motor that has been around for quite some time now and holds its own against quite a few competitors on the market today! If you're looking for a high-performance electric outboard motor that will serve you well for years, the Torqeedo Cruise 10.0R is worth looking into!
